This notice explains HutTally LLC’s browser storage and optional analytics. It supplements, and is not a substitute for, our full service privacy policy.

Account access and settings

We use authentication cookies named huttally-auth (sometimes split into numbered parts) to maintain account access. Signing out clears these cookies. Blocking them can prevent sign-in. Website security providers may also process requests to protect the service.

Session storage remembers your selected team, game, and screen. The screen-awake preference uses local storage until you change it or clear site data. These features are separate from optional analytics.

Optional City Search and Maps

When an administrator opens Google Maps city search, Google receives the search text and technical connection information. HutTally stores the selected Place ID for the organization's location; map labels and coordinates are retrieved from Google when displayed. Manual city and state entry is also available. This feature does not publish your organization on a public map or send player records to Google. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps Terms of Service.

Optional analytics

Only after you choose Allow analytics may we send public-page visit measurements to Cloudflare Web Analytics. It processes technical request and measurement information to help us understand public website use. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as cookieless; that does not mean no information is transmitted.

Our optional analytics runs in an isolated frame on selected public information pages. It does not run on account, workspace, onboarding, administration, contact, or monitor pages. We do not send player records or monitor access tokens through this feature.

Your choice

Use Privacy choices at the bottom of any page to allow or reject analytics. Rejection does not affect account access. Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off. Changing your choice to reject stops future optional measurements; it does not erase measurements already received.

We store your choice, its date, and the notice version in local storage and a cookie named huttally-analytics-consent for up to 180 days. Clearing site data removes that choice; analytics then stays off until you allow it again. Browser settings can block cookies or clear site data, but clearing authentication cookies signs you out.
